Some Technical Writing Tips

Technical writing is referred to that type of writing in which author gives any description of equipment, a system or may be any technical term such as politics, computing etc.
 When an author think to write he must think about the peak unique point of the topic and try to describe his experience in short and easy sentences and also he demands some questions to make his findings more clear and interesting.
Technical writings are often use in user manual of any equipment in which all portion of equipment are explained as any special term which is more common in public to understand it easily during reading.
Usually technical writing is used in engineering technical fields where some equipments are used but it is not necessary to write technically about a thing which must have physical existence like computer hardware, one can also use technical writing for those things which have no physical existence but may be exist in our minds or may be exist in other physical existed things to run them like soft ware is present in a computer hardware to become it useful.
Generally what I think is it is not necessary for technical writing that it must be related only with technical terms like about engineering or about any technical equipment. Technical writing tips are also used in fiction writing which is generally known as story telling etc. Actually the word “TECHNICAL” has a broad range of meaning to cover many aspects. In fiction technical writing is necessary because of grammatical mistakes, logical values or events and same like many more.
Here I have proposed some tips for technical writing;
1--Write for the audience:
Means that during technical writing keep your audience in your mind rather than yourself.
2--Make a complete analysis of the topic on which you are going to write and categories your all thoughts to make it easy during writing.
3--Don’t use technical terms and also don’t try to explain them in writing (in case of engineering or equip mental technical writing)
4--Technical writing has so many categories and each category has different tips each to make the writing perfect.
